Neurology and COVID-19: What You Should Know

As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic evolves, health care providers and research experts are learning more about how this virus affects us. Initially thought to primarily affect the respiratory system, it is now linked to several neurological conditions.

Board-certified neurologist Ravinder Singh, MD and our clinical team at Premier Neurology Group here in Beverly Hills, California, offer specialized neurology care. We want to increase awareness of the potential neurological effects of COVID-19.

Viral infections have the capacity to affect the brain, even if the virus doesn’t directly infect brain tissue. You should come to see us for medical attention if you experience neurological symptoms, because seeking timely evaluation of your symptoms improves your chances of having a better outcome.
